Starting with ending 19, the files from the Blu-ray included anywhere from 5-16 seconds extra of the immediately preceding scene from their respective episodes. I trimmed them down using MKVToolnix to as close to where I deemed the proper spot as possible. Luckily there didn't seem to be any keyframe issues forcing me to decide between cutting into the ending or keeping the unnecessary extra, and I think that it's spot on. Also, according to MKVToolnix the video track was not set to default, so I changed that.
