No. It’s a matter of simple logic. He wouldn’t called him Vega if he wouldn’t intended it. Plus, all the characters are Japanese. it would be stupid if they’ll use western names for games/consoles/game characters/etc…

This. This to every argument with a complaint that FPS isn’t source matched or as cranked up as it should be in 2019. I’ve never ever seen any difference between the two (30/60) and one compresses better with lesser filesize. Filesize is more important than quality that can’t be seen by the average viewer and makes less than shit on a sandwich as a choice of topping worth of difference to the viewing experience. So many ppl have their priorities about what actually matters ass backwards and paddling a douche canoe the wrong way up the river on this that it’s just silly. Anything better than yellow hardsubbed VHS episode “encodes” of DBZ Buu Saga in 240p VBR Real Media video is acceptable to me anyway. Comparatively the arguments on fine quality distinctions sound pretty much like kids arguing over who got the better, fresher, most organically farmed and freest-trade sourced avocado toast that morning.
