I don't agree with you and I don't think that it's lazy or that it's wrong. My point is just that what you're saying is bigoted.
And if someone wants to help them out by subbing it in Spanish for them, why does it actually bother you, let alone bother you so much to the point that you're saying their entire country is garbage?

A lot of things on the internet are in english. All the main sites are in English. There is no reason NOT to learn english. I'm saying the entire country is garbage because its always the spanish people who put 0 efforts in learning english. For example, i played soooooo many online games and everyone always does their best to speak english and then some spanish clowns get on and start talking in spanish without even asking if anyone speaks their language. I NEVER see that with any other language.
