I never knew Inuyasha could look so spectacular.. such crisp vivid imagery... I sometimes forget how much can be missed if not watching in Remux quality vs the sad encodes we've had to endure for the last two decades.. quite fitting for Inuyashas 20th anniversary. I really hope someone can re-encode these to a more manageable size without loosing too much quality. I doubt everyone has space to obtain this masterpiece.
Damn. I just started downloading these, not far in thankfully, when I realized there was no English subtitles! A tragedy!
But I found this:
https://isubtitles.org/inuyasha/english-subtitles
So all is well. (Except for some reason, the last part doesn't have any?! what to do?!!!)
Also, is this comparable to the 20th Anniversary Blu Ray or just worse?
Mkilbride, it's not their fault. Opening 1, opening 5, ending 8 and the insert song in episode 124 could not be used because the talent agency in Japan refused to allow it.
Damn it. So the issue is that there is significant length difference between replaced intro music from BD and the original opening. BD opening lasts 1min 15 while original opening is 1min 30 seconds.
I guess I actually have to take out the entire video from the opening and paste into the BD source, but that is a bit above what I intend to do.
I guess I have to take out original opening as a separated file.
@mouslax
I downloaded ~1/2 of these from your GDrive and then randomly Google is forcing me to log into Google Drive where it wasn't before. Has anyone else had this issue?
