Can't seem to imagine how this could be done without damaging the video. I mean, manga scanlators do something similar, but they have to redraw a lot of things. This can't be done here obviously.

dehardsub-replace the similiar part of the video where sub are harded with uncensaared release.

I guess, instead the term "dehardsub" will more clearly "re-edited" video. While you practically not remove the hardsub form the picture, just cut it out and insert a new without. hardsub- But really doesnot matter, just the result counts.
