This is my collection of 3DS CIA games that I've installed in my 3DS XL (Launch Model). I'm probably not going to play most, but it's nice to have them all.
I downloaded them from different websites, some with bs short links that were just a waste of time, some with fine short links straight to the point, some without... Here you just download and the files are all there. Yes, it might not have the game you want, but I compiled it to play it myself and am sharing it here. Oh yes, all games listed are under 4GB so they'll fit perfectly in an SD formatted with FAT32 (format the 3DS recognizes).
Notes:
- I'll be seeding this until March 3rd.
- To anyone wondering why I haven't uploaded anything big of Dragon Ball, the HDDs that do have it aren't with me right now.
- I would also like to upload the PS2 ISO collection (just under 500GB) I've put together, but won't have time to.
- Thinking about buying a 3DS? Get the New 3DS XL. Superior in every way, unless you can get the Launch 3DS XL for really cheap.

I tried out _Kenka Banchou 6_ earlier today and had a blast, it played like DBZ Tenkaichi (same developer after all — Spike Chunsoft). It's just a shame it wasn't released in the West.
I wanted to ask you, I have a 2dsXL but to make them work just put them in the sd card formatted in fat32? leave quietly or do I have to install them differently?
You'll need your 2DS XL to either have CFW or a Flash Cart, the former is better and easier. I got my 3DS XL CFW'd on GBATemp, basically I just paid the shipping both ways and he did the job.

That done, simply put the CIA files in a folder like "cias", press "Install all CIA files" and then once that's done, you can play. I've been enjoying my 3DS XL CFW'd which cost me like $60 overall.
