For some reason no one had bothered to do this simple remux, until now : ) The dub is of an older vintage and as such does not match mouth flaps perfectly like modern dubs do. The official Funimation OVA collection also showcases this. It's not a deal breaker but you willl catch the odd mouth flap with no dialog and vice versa. It is possible that the Dub is slightly out of sync still but having just watched it it's no different really from the aforementioned Funimation release of the OVAs, but you might want to tweak the audio delay to your liking.
