I believe this is OVA 03 or Episode 15. Not sure why it is labeled Episode 01. Any info on source RAW? I believe this is from a 480p disc released with the sixth limited-edition manga, unless another source is available. That disk had no English subs. Yep definitely S01 OVA No.3. (also referred to as episode 15, as is shown at the beginning of this ova). Been awaiting subs almost forever, Many Thanks :)
