The subs are somewhat disagreeable for season 1 (the only season I checked). For some reason a lot of the lines are translated as if the characters are monologuing or as if they are reading a novel. Erwin, Levi, etc. use literary words that don't sound as if they are naturally speaking. Also the OP and ED subtitles have multiple fonts and the text spins around the screen; subs are meant to compliment the video not completely draw attention to themselves. Otherwise, the video quality is, as expected, fantastic.
