Complete (DVD1&2) Psychic Academy. Yes, I bought both DVDs. I restored the original chapter to 3 episode format as shown in the credits because it makes a chapter approximately the same length time-wise as a approximate 30 minute anime episode. Video is reencoded to HEVC(X265) best case for upconversion. Audio is AC3 straight from the DVD untouched. Subtitles were painstakingly converted from VOBSUB to ASS in white with black shadow. Italics and two speaker bullets were maintained. There you have it for an oldie... Enjoy.

Plenty of seeding going on from this end to about 18 folks to fan out from there. Initial seeding is always slow since I am the only seeder. It is the nature of torrents (sharing).

No, it is not a nature of torrents, it is a nature of poorly calculated bandwidth allocation. Limit peers will increase the upload speed, secondary peers will fill the gap later. So simple.

Few fast vs many slow works out to be the same over time. This torrent almost has more seeds now. Look up "super seeding". The worst part is misconfigured peers that cannot share what they have gotten which would hamper limited peers even more.

@SomaHeir, thanks. It was a bit of a struggle resplicing chapters and redoing the subtitles. But I hate VobSub. Also a few days of screaming fans (maxed processor) as I squeezed as much as I could out of the video reencode.
