Orphan Fansubs presents a new version of the 2008 Bakumatsu-era historical fantasy *Amatsuki*. This is a new R2J encode, at the proper frame rate, by guest encoder Iznjie Biznjie, with FLAC audio. The subtitles are derived from the previous Orphan-Ureshii release but have been restyled, tweaked, and given additional QC. For more information, see [this blog entry](https://collectr.blogspot.com/2020/12/amatsuki-re-revisited.html). ![screencap](https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-IQ6-gWtydd4/X-uypXHVYmI/AAAAAAAABEE/zKf0V3XfD_sRDpt8_xGEFkY8dYRzYd6vQCLcBGAsYHQ/s870/Amatsuki%2B-%2B01%2B%255BDVD%255D%2B%255BCC50B689%255D_001_11141.png) This release, and all Orphan releases, are available for direct download from IRC bot Orphan|Arutha in channels #nibl or #news on irc.rizon.net.

Another rare works!!!
Thanks, can update my original Ureshii files now lol.
why is the encode resolution 870 by 480? theres some severe artifacted banding, doesnt that resulting non-standard PAR exacerbate that?
@tonikaku The resolution doesn't affect the colour banding, it's merely scaled to that to make the TS' life easier, lol. But yes, the DVDs have much colour banding. :D
omg, thanks!!! i rly love this one.
