Actually 10-bit this time! Delayed due to real-life busyness. 03 to come out within the next couple of days. Liz best girl. Also, we received quite a few well-meaning messages regarding the video source we use. Thank you so much for them! However, we're using the current source to soak in some nostalgia and to fulfill some wishes, so we'd prefer to continue using the same source and 720p 10-bit x264 for the rest of the series. If you wish to talk about this, please reach out to the project leader on IRC. Thank you for your understanding! That being said, the typesetting in this episode is not good due to the person who did it having almost no experience in typesetting, and a lack of available typesetters. If you're interested and willing to provide your valuable time to fixing it, please reach out to one of the staff. Thank you! Enjoy the snack!

why would anyone help you typeset when there's already a better release done by people without the brain damage required to use a TV source for video in 2021?
I don't understand why using a worse video source makes any sense whatsoever. For nostalgia's sake? Really? Just use the better one, there are literally no downsides to it.
i get some Doki flashback edit: Encoding isn't an important part of the fansubbing process anyway.
I also transfer all my anime to VHS tapes and watch them on a CRT for nostalgia.
Yep, it's a shame they are releasing something intentional bad only for "nostalgia reasons". Anyway, just a group more to avoid instead of group you can prefer over simulcast rips. They also could just do two versions, but well ... Wasted potential. At least we've "Cyan" as a decent group for this show.
next episode use yellow subtitle without shadow for maximum nostalgia and fuck nyaaC and green trust system this shouldn't be green torrent some new weebs will fall for this trap and think this good fansub
> no down sides Yes there is and it's that big file size. I'm not going to download a close to 1GB episode using my slow and data cap internet for a quality difference that my 20/20 vision eyes can't even see. If I wanted to download a bigass release might as well wait for the BD version where I can at least see the difference. Honestly did an experiment before by playing the same episode from different releases side-by-side in front of 200 people and guess what? NOBODY COULD TELL THE FUCKING DIFFERENCE! And before you say to me to just use money to buy a drive or better internet then maybe you just use your money to actually pay for your anime instead of pirating it... but wait you don't want to use your money? Same for me.

use web source instead of TV, then add watermark/logo like "mbs" at top right to soak nostalgia feel, voilà :)

overweight 30 years old be like:
TV is better only for timing in the case due to no sponsor screens or logo at the start if too lazy to remove from official stream. The timing matches the Japanese streaming comments. But the x264 10-bit is terrible; slow to seek on video player and doesn't even work on mpv-android.
they should rmvb or avi or to more space how about flv or 3gp
@FairiluRoze You don't need to download 1 gb if they reencode the source (while still having a better quality). And your storage argument makes no sense. You should have at least enough space to download a 1 gb ep, watch it, and then delete it right off the HDD. There's no way you do not have enough storage to do that. Your internet connection is a somewhat valid excuse (I'd still wait for the download, but I know not everyone has the time), but as Motbob said, you can get a better encode with half the filesize by using the correct source (and encoding parameters).
@Someone, lol there will be more work because TV get their own sponsor screens. a better phone will help if software decoding doesn’t work as it should or you may convert it to compatible format.
@sameer Ah, indeed this anime does have the sponsor screens. But pretty much no phone supports the x264 10-bit hardware decoding. Yes conversion is a solution, but I am only saying why x264 10-bit is bad compared to alternatives on most phones.
why not do 480p .avi file for that true nostalgia? luckily we have Cyan
like how they remove trust for [Anime Land] for one bad encoding and keep this

Is this dropped? Although there's better alternatives video-wise, I did like this release.
> within the next couple of days. Sure.
