Manga Recommendation: Not Simple by Natsume Ono Chapters: 14 This is from the writer of ACCA 13-ku, House of Five Leaves, Ristorante Paradiso, etc. It's a fast paced yet very heart touching story of an ill fated boy trying to reunite with his elder sister. The art is simplistic and just okay. But the story, the direction, and the underlying message are excellent. It basically teaches the readers about just how precious having a loving unified family. The pages don't have a lot of panels and they don't have much dialogue. So it's a fast (and also addicting) read. I just have one gripe that one big reveal was done too early in the story and would've worked better as a surprise reveal. It's told in a beautiful non chronological order. Re reading the prologue after finishing the manga feels great and works well as an epilogue. That's it from me. Just go read it in one go.
