I primarily use headphones. I don't care if I can literally hear the difference or not. The placebo effect is enough. If my ears wore pants, they would cream them for FLAC (a free spirit unlike other lossless money grubbing whores). That placebo high! Vroooooooom! Woh! Clash! Into the rolling morning Flash! I said he fucked up the audio because if you convert the DTS Headphone track to anything else(even FLAC), it will loose its data and it'll become pointless. No point of having it at all if you are gonna convert it. @Kamiyan93 @naiyas except I do hear the difference clearly on my Sennheiser HD 650. And they aren't even that expensive. I got them for 300$ on a sale. The difference between lossless audio and low bitrate OPUS/AAC is night and day. There are many people who cannot see the difference between a good encode and mini-encodes(which are oversharpened, denoised and full of artifacts). Should we base our video standards on that? Or the people who like Moozzi video because its over saturated to hell? I want the best possible video quality, subs and audio. I'm not gonna cheap out on audio just to save a couple of gb of storage.

@naiyas its not about loudness. The DTS Headphone track has pronounced and deeper sound effects for example birds chirping, river or water flowing, raindrops, objects dropping, windows closing, etc. Converting it to anything else, even FLAC will make you loose the metadata and make the track useless. That is because DTS has a core with lossless data surrounding the said core. I have no idea why you don't wanna accept that you fucked up because literally everyone knows this. Regardless, the release is flawed. I hope people read the comments and are made aware of it. If they still choose to download then ofcourse it is their choice but at least people should be aware of the issues here(especially since the headphone track is default). Best release atm is [FLE](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1447965) and if anyone wants the 5.1 audio or Headphone track they can get it from the [Beatrice](https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1447626) release.

For the last time. The special spatial audio contained in a DTS Headphone X format is **DELETED WHEN CONVERTED TO ANY OTHER FORMAT**. Sure, it still sounds fine. But it was pointless to include if you're going to remove the only reason it exists. It's the same as converting an HDR movie to SDR.

The definitive release you could make yourself with the raw video and chapter stops from the japanese bluray, the reworked english dub you can get here, use the existing subs from other releases. But hey, that's my idea of the best release..........!!
