Nagomu is eager to take over Ryokushou, the family's Japanese sweet shop, but he's instead asked to be a father figure to Yukihira Itsuka, the girl everyone calls the successor." * * * * Here is a series from Spring 2022 that we were thinking about possibly doing then, but for which things just did not work out. Unfortunately it also did not get touched by any other fansubbing group (in English at least). However, after the season aired in full not only were there more fansubbers and viewers who thoroughly enjoyed it, but it was also clear that the simulcast def could use some tender loving care with a fansubbing treatment. Thankfully things seemed to come together this season, and we have been able to give the series a slowsub treatment. Here is episode 01!
