Had this lying around in my hard drive but noticed that the recent HIDIVE upload by babon-rip was significantly brighter and had differently drawn characters in specific scenes.
Forgot where I got this from (probably from bbt long before they closed their doors), and I have no idea how anyone could get their hands on this Arienai copy nowadays without bbt, since every torrent on tokyotosho is long dead.

First time uploading here on fun so I just threw in a bunch of tags.
Slow upload and that usual stuff.
Arienai's release is original broadcast fansubs. Babon's is taken from the home video release (the show got a re-release a couple years ago, but it was SD on BD and hardly sold, you can pick it up for [$4](https://www.sentaifilmworks.com/products/hataraki-man-complete-collection-sd-blu-ray) at the current Sentai sale). The character design redraws are classic "let's fix these mistakes" redos. While I don't really like the brightness boost, the eyes in the original broadcast version of that second example are derpy.
Thanks for uploading this, as it's nice to have for internet preservation. I downloaded both versions. I also bought the BD recently too. Yes, I'm a hoarder, both physical and digital. Nice to have my pick of options.
Although one thing that might be a little mismatched I think would be the screenshot comparisons being 1080p, and this release being 720p.
