video thanks to golumpa no idea what happened to that dude but his uploads are gone so is one of the few 1080p non TV versions of this
VOB subs only unfortunately might OCR or try to edit and use OL subs cause i really like this anime but dont hold out lol

Audio is in sync but weirdness is that the last few seconds of audio are actually from the beginning of the next episode. This also means that the beginning few seconds of episode 2+ is silent. No idea how this can happen. Almost as if the audio from all episodes were merged into one and then incorrectly cut. This affects both Japanese and English tracks.
