the drop in quality between the 1st and 2nd season nearly got me as hard as nanatsu no taizai S3 ngl.. however it did preserve that certain charm that made me watch it through. many thanks!

Poor quality? lmao indeed, don't know what are you watching nor reading these days but it's one of the best new series. So refreshing! First half of season 2 was kind of supbar, sure thing (not to mention animation studio shift), but in the end I felt the same chill as for season 1. Why a third season now? The story ISN'T finished, they are still many questions without answers and this will become very interesting in season 3. Season 2 ended up with chapter 112 of the manga (vol 12), the latest pre-published is 169.
