Appreciate the upload. Sadly this is still missing the extra episode in Season 1. :( s01e10 here is actually s01e16. The original episode 10 is missing.
Here's the deal, it's NOT @sff fault. Here's a basic run down of the issue...
Streaming services don't list all 16 episodes and actually messed up and put the wrong (ep16) into the (ep10) slot. Best I can figure is that Episode 10 and Episode 16 share the same name "Drive, Drive, Drive", but Episode 16 is sometimes listed as a "Special" or "OVA" or "updated/corrected". The confusion happens (besides having the same name) because the proper Episode 10 and 16 are basically the same until about 15min in, then they diverge. This is because of time travel and the outcomes in both episodes are different, minor scene changes, but they make a big difference in the story.
As far as I've been able to find, the proper Episode 10 doesn't have an English dub available since the streaming services replaced the proper episode 10 with episode 16. I do wonder if they ever dubbed it, but no way to really know currently...

Issue with s02... e01, e02 and e05. These three episodes have an extra scene in the intro so all the audio instantly becomes out of sync.
Also e03 seems to have an odd audio pitch issue if you compare the Funimation intro to other episodes it should be obvious it doesn't sound correct.
