For anyone curious, this appears to be some type of cooking & cleaning how-to guide featuring characters from the Gokushufudou ("The Way of the House Husband") series. All the links 1r0n provided are to that parent series. I looked and couldn't find "The Gangster's Guide to Housekeeping" part anywhere. But here's an excerpt from one of the images in this release:
