Before you get too deep into the entire series, have you looked at the subs from https://nyaa.iss.one/view/1589639? It contains consistency and bleed fixes for MTBB.

I actually haven't, I usually disregard red marked torrents because they're almost always mini encodes. I'll have a look and see if any of their changes are worth using for next seasons
