SVT-AV1-PSY: preset 1, CRF 30 + auto-boost algorithm 2.0

Lazy mux of new 1080p encodes with my 720p release stuff.
Compared to the [Quantum] release, mine got:

• higher bitrate audio
• better detail retention most of the time, due to using a better source as a starting point and drastically better encoding settings
• higher appeal because not riddled with banding, properly antialiased,… Banding situation pictured
• proper video color metadata set, to avoid bad color rendition with common media players
• more subtitles, a cover
• similar decoding speeds while using the computationally intensive grain synthesis feature

And despite of that, the release is overall slightly smaller. That’s the difference good practices can make.

For the best playback experience, use an up-to-date MPV.
