If you want to learn Git without becoming a CLI loser, you can use this tool to manage and sort your repos.

Do a bit of reading on what Git is (push, pull, merge) and you’ll understand the blue iconed “sub-folders”. tl;dr, it’s just like a regular filesystem, but I imagine you’re trying to manage everything through the GitHub website, which isn’t really how Git should be used.
