It always bugged me a bit that the subtitle scripts were in separate files from the episodes, but I didn't have enough of a reason to make a V2 until stumbling across an HDTV version of the intro that has the original performance by SMAP. The HDTV episodes here aren't really preferable to this (cropped, watermarked) and only two episodes were seeded, but it does show additional detail/clarity so a better version of the TV show may eventually be possible.
For now, though, here it is as extra.
Changes:
Merged subtitles into episode files
Added manga (incomplete, but all that was scanned)
Added original opening with performance by SMAP (1440x1080)
Video/scripts are the same, so you don't need to download this if you downloaded it before and like it as-is.
There's a whole scandal around their production company that went down a few years ago if you want to look that up that's way too much to go over here.
The company was also extremely protective of their licensing rights, and before it went down, it was very difficult to get the licenses for their music in media like anime.
Now, any music that was changed because of those deals could come back.
