But, is there a reason this torrent has only 12 episodes? According to the Japanese Wikipedia, there should be 13 episodes for each season.
Late response, but for anyone else who stumbles on this torrent:
Episode 13 was not an anime episode, but rather an advertisement for the “The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky FC Evolution” video game. It featured two of the characters talking about gameplay footage that was being shown on screen.
