Together they stumble across a former police detective who has been stabbed multiple times. As he dies, he shouts out that Yamato's father is the criminal behind the infamous and unsolved 300 million yen robbery case from 1968. When his Father then disappears and turns up dead in Tokyo, Yamato is at a loss. Was his Father really behind that incident? The years pass and Yamato, now having moved in with Miku and her family, has become obsessed with the case and imagines the montage made of the criminal to be his Father. Events then change for the worse for both Yamato and Miku when new information surfaces that could lead to the missing 300 million yen but will also put the pair in the crosshairs of a deadly killer who works for the police.
