[Eila] Brave Witches TV Batch

This is a batch release of Brave Witches episodes 1-12 by [Eila].

All episodes are chaptered.

All episodes have two (2) main subtitle tracks:
Default - No honorifics
w/ Honorifics - Japanese honorifics

All episodes in this batch include the following changes:
- Updated OP and ED for all episodes
- Better translation consistency

Included with this batch release is a .txt file which has various translator’s notes for Brave Witches.
